Table Malinformed

I am recieving Table error message - Table is
malformed when I click on reply to messages in my inbox. After clicking OK on the error popup I then receive another popup reading "$EXECUTE$+19:Notes Error - Table is malformed". Can someone help me out with this issue coz though I tried replacing the existing replica I'm still receiving these errors.
